Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with WingWise. If you are not satisfied with your WingWise Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle. You can request a refund by:
- Visiting paddle.net and using Paddle’s refund request process, or
- Emailing us at jackharding930@gmail.com with your Paddle order reference.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If you believe a charge was unauthorised or you are entitled to a refund beyond the terms above, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date.
