If you are using WingWise on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. About the service
WingWise is an independent online study aid for aircraft maintenance engineers preparing for UK CAA and EASA Part-66 examinations. We provide notes, flashcards, quizzes, mock exams and an AI tutor. WingWise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for an approved Part-147 training organisation or the regulators themselves. Always verify content against current official regulations.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Using WingWise for any unlawful purpose.
- Uploading or sharing fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, hateful, discriminatory or harmful content.
- Spamming, scraping, data mining, or interfering with the service’s security or performance.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical limits.
- Infringing our or any third party’s intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual property
All content, software, branding and materials in WingWise are owned by Jack Harding or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your personal study while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or create derivative works from our content.
7. User content
Any content you submit (such as support messages or feedback) remains yours, but you grant us a limited licence to host, process and use it solely to provide and improve the service.
8. Payments, subscriptions and Paddle
WingWise Pro is a paid subscription service. New accounts may receive a free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes.
Payments, billing, tax, subscription management, cancellation and refunds are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
9. AI tutor features
WingWise includes an AI tutor that generates responses based on your prompts and study history. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and is not a substitute for qualified instruction or official regulatory material.
You must not use the AI tutor to generate illegal content, hate speech, malware, attempts to jailbreak the model, or content that infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to review, filter, restrict or remove AI outputs and suspend accounts for repeated or serious misuse.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay when due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose) are excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud, death or personal injury).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Jack Harding against claims, losses or damages arising from your misuse of the service, your user content, or your breach of these terms.
14. Data after termination
When your access ends, you may request an export of your study data within 30 days. After that period, we may delete or anonymise your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16. Assignment and force majeure
You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of WingWise after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be notified to users by email or through the app.
